To check the status of your USCIS receipt notice or request a duplicate copy of a USCIS notice, you will need the following information:
Case receipt number: Usually starts with EAC, WAC, or SRC
Date Case Was Filed: Received date
Type of Petition that was filed
Item not received: Approval Notice, Request for Evidence, etc
Your email address
The applicant’s birthdate
Desired Mailing Address
If it’s been more than 30 days after filing an inquiry, you can:
1. Complete an e-request for Non-delivery of Notice with USCIS at: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init
2. Send an email to: lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov
3. Verify the fee check has cleared your bank account
