With the well-being of our staff, our clients and our community as our top priority, the team at Godoy Law Office is working from home while Cook and Dupage Counties in Illinois and national coronavirus (COVID-19) social distancing, travel and business restrictions are in place. Our virtual office is open for normal business hours and you can schedule a consultation with an immigration attorney to discuss your case.

- The Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review has postponed all “master calendar” hearings at immigration courts other than those in detention centers effective March 15, 2020.
- All USCIS national and field offices are temporarily closed to the public due to the coronavirus, effective March 18, 2020. However, the government will continue to work on cases that are filed or that are in process.
The length of time our virtual office and any other needed accommodations will remain in place is drive by the science and medical and governmental directives.
