My name is Mario Godoy and I founded this firm to help our clients navigate the pitfalls of the immigration and criminal defense system. It’s something I am very passionate about.
As an immigrant, I lived the immigrant experience. My parents brought me to the US as a baby. They were 21 and 17 years old. They arrived with a single suitcase. And went after their American Dream. I have seen firsthand what it is like to leave everything that you know and travel to this land of opportunity with nothing but hope.
The immigration system is both complicated and broken. There are so many pitfalls that will result in denial of an application and in some cases the denial of the ability to live in the United States.
