140 people from 41 countries officially became #NewUSCitizens on December 8 at Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry surrounded by the festive Christmas Around the World and Holidays of Light exhibits. Huge kudos to Hamilton’s singer-songwriter-actor Deon’te Goodman who performed a stirring rendition of the national anthem!
The naturalization ceremony was held for the first time ever at the Museum of Science and Industry and the Museum gifted all the new citizens and their families a free, annual museum membership.
