The travel ban that barred foreign workers from entering the US expired on Wednesday. The Biden administration is reportedly not seeking to renew the travel ban.
Biden will also be ending a Trump-era rule that automatically rejected immigration applications when certain application questions were left blank. Examples of fields that might be left blank included middle names, passport numbers, other names used
On March 30, 2021, USCIS completed the initial 2022 H-1B cap-subject registration selection process. People should begin to receive selection notices for registrations selected.
