The first 100 days of the new administration have shown us that the POTUS will be fighting an uphill battle in Washington to get his way on the key issues his campaign platform was based: repealing Obamacare, fighting terrorism, and immigration among others.

This fear has reduced the number of apprehensions at the Southern Border by over 75%, however it has created panic of mass-deportations and that families will be split-up from law-abiding immigrants.
In the immigration courts, Trumps administration has in our experience denied request for prosecutorial discretion. In doing so, the administration has continued to add to a growing Immigration Court docket. Cases are being set out as far as the year 2021!
