The Civics Test Exemption for the Naturalization Test
If you have a physical or mental disability that affects your ability to take the test, you may be exempted from the Civics test. The disability can’t be the result of using illegal drugs. You are required to provide medical documentation of your disability from your physician; approval is at the discretion of USCIS.
